Since this item is a personalized item and printed to order we do not accept returns.

Each image is packaged in a rigid photo envelope that is of very strong material preventing bending. The envelope also is labeled "Do Not Bend". These images are very flexible and can tolerate some bending. If by chance your item is damaged please email serena@picturesforcakes.com and we will replace your item. 

  The way you see your image on your computer may vary slightly in the way our printer prints with the edible colors - there are so many settings and preference for individual computers that an exact match is never possible. Although we use the highest quality edible ink currently on the market it does not compare to the quality non edible ink can produce. This may be because the few companies that do make edible ink are very small compared to companies like Canon.
